These FREE classes offer a safe and supportive environment for anyone exploring how to navigate addictive tendencies, those who are "sober curious," or individuals in recovery from addiction. We aim to enhance overall well-being and quality of life, regardless of where you are on your journey.

The Great House Tour goes to the top of the mesa ridge for a 360-degree panoramic view of the landscape and a close-up of the two pinnacles with stops along the way to learn about the ancient Puebloan structures.

A Major Lunar Standstill observation takes place at Chimney Rock National Monument on Sunday, September 14th. Seating is limited.Details and tickets are available at recreation.gov.
Every 18-19 years, the Moon’s tilted orbit aligns with the Earth’s axis, bringing it to its farthest Northern or Southern rising positions. At Chimney Rock National Monument, throughout this Major Lunar Standstill alignment, the Moon dramatically rises between the impressive rock pinnacles — Companion Rock and Chimney Rock. It is a timely, but very short-lived event. check-in will be at the Visitor Center from 10:30 pm to 11:30 pm. The Amphitheater program will begin at 11:45 pm. The live-streamed moonrise will take place at 12:30 am. The event will conclude about 12:45 am.
Tickets are $25 for adults, $12 for ages 5-12, and free to those under 5. Making a reservation through the Recreation.gov website (www.recreation.gov) or the call center (877-444-6777) is the only way to guarantee a spot for this program.

Mysteries of Chimney Rock Tour provides an in-depth discussion along the Great House Trail about the connection of Chimney Rock to the greater Chacon culture, the significance of the mesa-top Great House, and the day-to-day lives of the ancestral inhabitants of Chimney Rock.

Cost: The fee is $20.00 for ages 13 and up, $10.00 for ages 5-12, and under 5 are free
HIIT stands for High Intense Interval Training. Each class will consist of a demonstration, warm-up, and 10-12 stations where we will focus on a specific body group per station. We will rotate through 3 rounds with a short break between each round. When the work out is over we cool down and stretch.
All equipment will be provided. These HIITs will be outside, please plan accordingly and bring your own water.
