Join us for a relaxing stretch session to unwind, de-stress, and enjoy the company of our feline friends—all while supporting a great cause.
The session is free to attend, but a $25 suggested donation is greatly appreciated. All proceeds go toward caring for our rescue cats! Don't forget to bring your own mat!

Studio B hosts a monthly movement and mental health "Walk & Talk" event along the Animas River Trail on the first Tuesday of each month at 12:30 PM.Those interested should meet behind the Durango Public library, adjacent to the River Trail.More information is at studiob.life.
We'll kick off with a thought-provoking question to spark engaging conversations as we stroll. Our walks typically last about an hour, but feel free to set your own pace and duration.Come connect with fellow community members, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and engage in meaningful dialogue.

The CSU Extension "Health Without Barriers" Program starts on Tuesday, January 7th, and is a whole family wellness program, continuing twice a week for 6 weeks at La Plata County Fairgrounds. Childcare and dinner are provided at each session. More information is at 970-657-0141.

The 45th Annual San Juan Medical Foundation Walkathon takes place in downtown Farmington on Saturday, September 13th.Proceeds support the Connelly Hospitality House and the San Juan Medical Foundation.Details are at sanjuanmedicalfoundation.com.
