Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Japanese Tea Ceremony is known for its meditative and "in the moment" wellness attributes. Learnabout tea ceremony's history, philosophy, and wellness qualities. Participants will watcha ceremony, learn how to make matcha tea properly, and enjoy a Japanese sweet withmatcha. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

The CSU Extension "Health Without Barriers" Program starts on Tuesday, January 7th, and is a whole family wellness program, continuing twice a week for 6 weeks at La Plata County Fairgrounds. Childcare and dinner are provided at each session. More information is at 970-657-0141.
