Let’s game together: board games, table top, cards.
This program is for teens grades 6+
Come and celebrate all forms of gaming! Board games, console video games, Roblox, Minecraft, and more! Some computers are provided, but gamers can bring their own laptop or gaming devices if they prefer. This program is geared for grades 3+ but younger children are welcome to attend with a caregiver.
Please arrange transport with the School District if you would like your child to ride the bus to the library after school. Parents or guardians of children below 6th grade must register their children in order for them to attend after school programs. The Durango Barbershoppers Chorus invites tenor through bass vocalists to a weekly meet up at the Christ the King Lutheran Church in Durango. Those interested may meet at 6:30 every Tuesday in the Parish Hall.More information is at durangobarbershoppers.org.
Traditional a cappella, 4-part harmony singing in a friendly, casual setting. Twenty members would be ideal, so we would like to welcome several new talented men and women this year.
The Caliente Community Chorus presents "American Heritage: Every Song Carries a Story" at 7PM on Tuesday, March 31st at the First Presbyterian Church in Farmington. Tickets will be available at the door.
Hoyle Osborne will narrate the journey from this land's Native roots to religious settlers, from our varied battlefields to our diverse cultural traditions. Joined by instrumentalists Tennille Taylor, Hoyle Osborne, Jared Fishburn, and Kara Beam, Caliente will celebrate America's 250th birthday with a program honoring the courage, faith, and diversity that shape our shared history.
Admission is $15 at the door ($16 credit card).

The public is invited to the Durango Bird Club Wednesday Bird Walks, every week, starting at 8AM on April 1st and running through September 30th.Those interested may meet at the painted wall in the Botanic Gardens in front of the Durango Public Library.
Enjoy the sights and sounds of our local birds. These guided walks are free, and beginners and experienced birders are welcome to join. Please bring your own binoculars.
The San Juan College School of business and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program will provide free income tax preparation to the community Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, through April 13th. Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
