This program is for teens grades 6+
Come and celebrate all forms of gaming! Board games, console video games, Roblox, Minecraft, and more! Some computers are provided, but gamers can bring their own laptop or gaming devices if they prefer. This program is geared for grades 3+ but younger children are welcome to attend with a caregiver.
Please arrange transport with the School District if you would like your child to ride the bus to the library after school. Parents or guardians of children below 6th grade must register their children in order for them to attend after school programs. In honor of Mental Health Week, La Plata County Public Health Department invites the community to walk along the Animas River Trail, starting at Memorial Park and proceeding to Rotary Park and back. The event takes place at 4PM on Tuesday, May 20th and will include free T-Shirts, mental health first aid kits, and refreshments for all attendees.

The San Juan Water Conservancy District presents a screening of "In Between Water and Fire," the third film in the series "This Is Your Watershed: Upper San Juan River." The event takes place at 5:30 on Tuesday, May 20th at the Pagosa Lodge. Sjwcd.org has more information.
The three films are produced by Christi Bode and SJWCD. Water scientists and environmental activists gather to view the films, discuss, and plan for the security of our water supply in a warmer drier future.
Let's get together and cook a potluck of recipes from our chosen cookbook! Here's how it works: 1. Register for the club. 2. Check out a copy of the cookbook from the reference desk. 3. Choose a recipe. 4. Let us know what you'll be making. 5. Cook the recipe for a group potluck at the library! PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
