The Durango Arts Center presents youth theater camps for children in kindergarten through second grade, Thursdays from 4 to 5pm, March 26th through May 14th.

Students will learn character creation, imaginative storytelling, music, and movement.
Full and half scholarships are available.

The Duranglers' Fly Fishing Festival will kick off at 5:30 on Thursday, April
2nd at the Animas City Theatre, with a the Fly Fishing Film Tour, which has already been touring the country to rave reviews. More information is at fiveriverstu.org.

In addition, we're partnering with Casting for Recovery, celebrating their 30th year of free fly fishing retreats to women surviving breast cancer.

Free music every Thursday at Uncle’s Bar and Social Club. Pagosa’s newest bar and best local gathering place. House band Connie the Soldier and musicians welcome for an open jam. Folk, Americana, and Celtic music.

Repair Café Ignacio is an initiative that promotes repair as an alternative to tossing things out. Repair Cafés takes place at the Ignacio Community Library at 6pm on the first Thursday of each month. Residents of Ignacio can bring their broken items in to fix them on the spot.
Volunteers are needed to help out and more information is at ignaciolibrary.org.

The San Juan College School of business and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program will provide free income tax preparation to the community Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, through April 13th. More information and appointments are available at 505-566-3314 and at 970-553-9150.

The Ignacio Community Church's Clothing Closet will provide free clothing, jackets and shoes to the needy every Tuesday and Friday from 10 until 2 at the ELHI Community Center.

Baby Time is tailored for babies from birth-12 months together with their favorite adult!

Enjoy 15-20 minutes of early literacy activities followed by a playgroup. We sing songs, bounce to action rhymes, and share stories, providing a rich environment for babies to hear language and interact with others.
