Alternative Horizons is in need of volunteers to help in their mission of supporting survivors of domestic violence. Volunteers receive comprehensive training, plus ongoing staff support.

The Great House Tour goes to the top of the mesa ridge for a 360-degree panoramic view of the landscape and a close-up of the two pinnacles with stops along the way to learn about the ancient Puebloan structures.

The Southwest Colorado Genealogical Society will present on ways to discover your family history at the Pine River Library at 2PM on Thursday, September 25th.
Genealogists will discuss methods to delve into your history using resources and materials available at the Library.
Do you want to add some bling to your favorite book cover? Here is your chance. Channel your inner artist (no experience or actual talent necessary!) as we bedazzle beloved books and add sparkle to brand new journals. We will provide the journals, sparkly gems, glue & the space to create and have fun. If you would prefer to add shine to an old book, please bring your own. This program welcomes patrons of all ages.
