Cultivating our capacity to uplift and gladden the heart-mind is an essential aspect of meditation practice. Too often there can be a sense that we're only supposed to be working with the difficult or challenging on our spiritual path, that it's supposed to be hard work. But we can recognize that opening our hearts to that which brings ease and joy is also an inseparable and necessary part of our journey. Let's explore together this aspect of practice which turns our hearts to that which is beautiful, heart-nourishing and uplifting.
This offering with Yong Oh will include periods of meditation, dharma reflections and Q&A. All are welcome.
