A Beneficial Electrification Open House takes place on Tuesday, July 15th at La Plata Electric Association's Durango headquarters. Session times are noon until 2 and 5 to 6:30.
Light refreshments will be provided.

There will be a presentation on whole-home electrification and the future of the grid, and LPEA experts will be on hand to answer any questions related to electrification and energy management. Guests will be able to view a number of electric options including:

Stillwater Music is Durango’s primary music education hub. Stillwater students are playing songs that you hear on the radio and many of the bands have been featured at many venues and festivals including performances at the Fort Lewis College Jazz Festival, Reno Jazz Festival, and the Telluride Jazz Festival.
All Concerts are FREE! Invite your friends and family, bring your lawn chair or blanket.

The Powerhouse is thrilled to carry on a summer tradition of local music, community gathering, and non-profit support through a weekly Community Concert Series. Every Wednesday, from early June through early August, we will be hosting a concert outside on the Carver Family Plaza with half of ticket proceeds donated to one of our non-profit beneficiaries.

Admission to The Powerhouse exhibit gallery and special activities are included in each ticket, inviting the whole family to join for these weekly concerts. Food will be available for purchase from Pupusería Torogoz and Jimmy's World Famous Soft Serve. Beverages will be available from The Powerhouse bar.

An unforgettable evening of music, as 2,000 candles illuminates this chamber concert performed by Vadim Gluzman and friends. Experience Beethoven and Hummel in an intimate setting.

Pieces include:
LUDWIG VAN BEETHOVEN: Sonata for Piano and Violin No. 9 in A, Op. 47, "Kreutzer”
JOHANN NEPOMUK HUMMEL: Piano Quintet in D minor, Op. 74

This concert is eligible for the Free Student Ticket Program! These orders must be placed over the phone at 970-385-6820 or in person at the Festival Office. Note: Students must be present to receive tickets at Will Call.
