The Early Childhood Council of La Plata County and the Durango Public Library invite parents,
caregivers, and their preschoolers to a free six-part workshop series focused on
preparing young children for kindergarten. Each session will explore important areas of
school readiness, with hands-on activities that build early literacy, math, motor, and
social-emotional skills.

The Community Foundation serving SW Colorado will host weekly Human Resource Power Hours, to cover everything nonprofits need to know to update and optimize their HR practices to meet the latest requirements.
The Zoom meetings take place at noon on Tuesdays from September 9th through October 14th.

The cost is $10/session or $50 for all 6. Attendees will be entered to win free HR services worth $500.
