Parents go have some fun on Noel Night while your kiddos have a blast at Seed! The hot cocoa will be flowing and the popcorn popping, while we make ornaments and enjoy holiday activities and games. An excellent opportunity to make new friends while harkening in the winter holidays in fuzzy PJs!

So naturally, we wanted to make one for you to come experience in our one-of-a-kind Subterrain space. Fans of escape rooms will love this…especially the fans who wish they could enjoy a libation - alcoholic or non - while hunting for clues and trying to beat the clock!

Join us for the 51st annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Festival at the La Plata County Fairgrounds and Events Center. Saturday, December 6 from 9-5pm and Sunday from 10am-3pm. The festival features 75 regional arts and crafts vendors, food, and prize drawings. Toys for Tots will be on location collecting toys for children 0-18 years old. When you make a donation you will be entered into a drawing to win a prize. Sponsored by Caswell Trading Company.

Come create, relax, and make something meaningful this season! Seed Studio has stocked up on ceramic greenware—ready for you to glaze and make your own! Swing by the studio between 1 and 4pm to create a one-of-a-kind mug for yourself or a handmade gift for someone special. Once you’ve finished glazing, we’ll take care of the firing. Your beautiful, finished pieces will be ready for pickup on December 14.

Kids, families, and caregivers, join us for special activities each week! Unleash your creativity: tie-dye, paint, and create!

NOTE: Open to all but younger children will need assistance with the projects. This is a drop-in event and participants may come and go as they please - no registration required. Interested teens are also welcome to come.

This program will be held in the library park, weather permitting.
