A Homebuyer Education Class will take place at Fort Lewis College from 8:30 to 4:430 on Saturday, December 13th.
Topics covered include budgeting, credit, lending, insurance, real estate, inspections, and more.

We will also discuss HomesFund's new construction loan program and mobile home financing.
Completing the class gives access to HomesFund’s down payment assistance loans and the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority’s special programs, helping make homeownership more affordable.

The Stillwater Music annual Winter Wonderbands music showcase takes place at the Lightbox on Saturday, December 13th from noon until 6:30, featuring 14 unique performances from youth bands ranging from ukulele, vocal, rock, and more. The Durango Arts Center is hosting the 2025 Holiday Gift Gallery Tuesdays - Saturdays from Noon - 6 pm, through December 23. Fine art, and hand crafted items from local artists are for sale, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting education programs at the DAC.

Join us in the community room for games (Xbox, Oculus, Roblox, etc), activities, music, and snacks! On the third Thursday of each month, watch for something special: possibly cooking, maybe international snacks - who knows?!

The "Glitter and Gold Gala" fundraiser takes place at Durango Dance at 7PM on December 12th and 13th. The event includes a reception, 3 course Italian meal and a dance performance in the round.
