COVID-19 cases are on the decline in Colorado in recent weeks. KSUT’s Sarah Flower spoke with Brian Devine, deputy incident commander for COVID-19 at San Juan Basin Public Health about the importance of keeping up safety precautions for the New Year's holiday and the coming weeks.
