The Great House Tour goes to the top of the mesa ridge for a 360-degree panoramic view of the landscape and a close-up of the two pinnacles with stops along the way to learn about the ancient Puebloan structures.

The Community Foundation for Southwest Colorado presents two Financial Literacy workshops designed specifically for nonprofits: Earned Revenue and Scenario Planning takes place from 2 until 5 on Thursday, October 2nd.Scenario Planning takes place on Friday, October 3rd from 10 until 1.Both events are at the Durango TBK Bank. Each workshop is $25, or register for both for just $40.
Repair Café Ignacio is an initiative that promotes repair as an alternative to tossing things out. Repair Cafés takes place at the Ignacio Community Library at 6pm on the first Thursday of each month. Residents of Ignacio can bring their broken items in to fix them on the spot. Volunteers are needed to help out and more information is at ignaciolibrary.org.

Mysteries of Chimney Rock Tour provides an in-depth discussion along the Great House Trail about the connection of Chimney Rock to the greater Chacon culture, the significance of the mesa-top Great House, and the day-to-day lives of the ancestral inhabitants of Chimney Rock.

The Stroll of the Three Sisters Tour takes visitors along the Mesa Village Trail where they will learn about an agricultural village and the crops and other foods grown and gathered there.
