Come and celebrate all forms of gaming! Board games, console video games, Roblox, Minecraft, and more! Some computers are provided, but gamers can bring their own laptop or gaming devices if they prefer. This program is geared for grades 3-5.

Located in a beautiful, state-of-the-art building on the Fort Lewis College campus, AHS has prepared students for college, career and purposeful lives since 2009. With a project-based, experiential curriculum where students learn beyond classroom walls, AHS is a small school rooted in relationships. Fall 2026 Enrollment open now for this tuition-free public charter school open to all students in grades 9-12. Weekly Campus Tours are student-led. Five Rivers Trout Unlimited will host a meeting on the state of the Animas and other local rivers at 5:30 on Tuesday, March 10th at the Hillcrest Golf Club in Durango.More information is at fiveriverstu.org.
Every spring we gather to learn from the experts in cold water conservation about the health of our beloved Animas River (and surrounding tributaries).
Join us this year to listen to Chris Chambers and Ty Churchwell from National TU inform us about their efforts. John Bosowski, 5RTU conservation chair, will update us on Lightner Creek sedimentation issues. Kade Jackson with CPW will update us on the state of the fisheries, and Scott Roberts from MSI will tell us about a recent study we helped fund as well as the health of bugs that feed trout. An addition for this year is that Sensa Wolcott, who leads the Animas Watershed Partnership, will give us an update on that process.
Please come early to grab food and mingle. Come armed with questions and a thirst for knowledge.

The Durango Barbershoppers Chorus invites tenor through bass vocalists to a weekly meet up at the Christ the King Lutheran Church in Durango. Those interested may meet at 6:30 every Tuesday in the Parish Hall.More information is at durangobarbershoppers.org.
Traditional a cappella, 4-part harmony singing in a friendly, casual setting. Twenty members would be ideal, so we would like to welcome several new talented men and women this year.

The San Juan College School of business and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program will provide free income tax preparation to the community Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, through April 13th. Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
