Join us as we ease into this new year through mindful meditation practice, community and spiritual friendship. We’ll gather together to pause, reflect and begin again. In the classical teachings, the word "householder" is used to describe one who, rather than choosing the life of a monastic, was encouraged to bring the practice into their everyday lives. Our home lives, relationships, work and everything in between, become our integrated path of practice for spiritual awakening.
The retreat opens Monday morning and runs through Friday evening, with gatherings in the mornings and evenings. This retreat will be in-person as well as hybrid via zoom, and is suitable for all levels of meditation experience.
