The Archuleta Health Fair & Expo takes place on Saturday, October 4th, from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Pagosa Springs High School. The event will include low-cost wellness labs and connections to primary preventive care, a farm-to-table lunch with a keynote speaker, interactive exhibits and more.

Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Studio B hosts a monthly movement and mental health "Walk & Talk" event along the Animas River Trail on the first Tuesday of each month at 12:30 PM.Those interested should meet behind the Durango Public library, adjacent to the River Trail.More information is at studiob.life.

Arnold is a longtime journalist and bestselling author of Brief Flashings in the Phenomenal World: Zen and the Art of Running Free (2024), a finalist for the 2024 Foreword INDIES Book of the Year Awards, which tells the story of a traumatic wilderness accident and her path to healing. Her critically acclaimed memoir, Running Home, was published in 2019.
