Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Join us for a free community event where you can immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Sound bowl therapy, also known as a sound bath, uses harmonic vibrations to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. Participants often report improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a profound sense of peace.

The CSU Extension "Health Without Barriers" Program starts on Tuesday, January 7th, and is a whole family wellness program, continuing twice a week for 6 weeks at La Plata County Fairgrounds. Childcare and dinner are provided at each session. More information is at 970-657-0141.
