The West Slope Westies present a 6-week beginner Swing Dance class at the Smiley Building, beginning Wednesday, May 29th at 7:30pm. Details and registration are available at westslopewesties.com.

The Bonnie Dallas Senior Center in Farmington presents the High Desert Games Senior Olympics. Registration opens Monday, February 12th and the games run March 15th through May 31st. The Games are open to those 50 years and up - and will feature table tennis, darts, bocce ball, and field day... to shuffleboard, pickleball, chess, and more. Join us for volunteer road cycling training! No experience is necessary! Meet at the JCTS (463 Turner Dr., #105). There will be training for all adaptive cycles and ASA group cycling programs on pavement. Bring athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes, lunch, and water. Helmets are required, however, we have extras to loan out. E-mail program@asadurango.com with questions or to reserve your spot. Training is FREE!
This class lets us move dynamically from one posture to another. We create awareness and harmony between the mind and body that allows us to remove stress and anxiety. We use our breath to move deeper into our body while warming, lengthening, and strengthening our muscles.
All you need is a yoga mat and a water bottle. Some yoga tools such as blocks, a blanket and a strap are encouraged.
These classes are on a donation basis.

Come and celebrate all forms of gaming! Table-top gaming, console video games, Roblox, Minecraft, Pokémon Go, and more! Computers are provided, but gamers can bring their own laptop or Switches if they prefer. This program is geared for grades 3+ but younger children are welcome to attend with a caregiver.
