The Durango Public Library will host "What Does a Quality H.O.A. Look Like?" at 6PM on Tuesday, April 14th.This Homeowner Association Education event will empower local property owners to learn more about what a quality community association should be.
Topics include:
The definition and primary purpose of a community associationThe roles and responsibilities of Board members, homeowners, and management companyHow to evaluate an Association's health through three lenses: Governance, Financial, and MaintenanceStrengthening community engagement and holding effective meetingsOther helpful tools and tricks for the HOA worldHomeowners from any community association are welcome.

The Durango Barbershoppers Chorus invites tenor through bass vocalists to a weekly meet up at the Christ the King Lutheran Church in Durango. Those interested may meet at 6:30 every Tuesday in the Parish Hall.More information is at durangobarbershoppers.org.

The public is invited to the Durango Bird Club Wednesday Bird Walks, every week, starting at 8AM on April 1st and running through September 30th.Those interested may meet at the painted wall in the Botanic Gardens in front of the Durango Public Library.
Enjoy the sights and sounds of our local birds. These guided walks are free, and beginners and experienced birders are welcome to join. Please bring your own binoculars.
Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
