Chimney Rock Through the Ages Tour explores both the natural and cultural history of the area through geologic time and incorporates the anthropology and archeology of the Puebloan people.

The Durango Public Library presents "History Live: An Introduction to Archeology" at 5:30PM on Tuesday, September 30th.
the presentation will also include information on local publicly accessible sites. Plus, there will be a demo of paleo technology (twine making, projectile points, atlatls, fire starting, etc).
Dive deeper into two of the most powerful generative AI tools: ChatGPT and Claude. This hands-on session explores prompt strategies, key features (e.g., ChatGPT Projects), and techniques for research, communication, planning, and more. Participants will leave with examples to integrate these tools into their daily workflows.

HIIT stands for High Intense Interval Training. Each class will consist of a demonstration, warm-up, and 10-12 stations where we will focus on a specific body group per station. We will rotate through 3 rounds with a short break between each round. When the work out is over we cool down and stretch.
All equipment will be provided. These HIITs will be outside, please plan accordingly and bring your own water.
The Great House Tour goes to the top of the mesa ridge for a 360-degree panoramic view of the landscape and a close-up of the two pinnacles with stops along the way to learn about the ancient Puebloan structures.

Mysteries of Chimney Rock Tour provides an in-depth discussion along the Great House Trail about the connection of Chimney Rock to the greater Chacon culture, the significance of the mesa-top Great House, and the day-to-day lives of the ancestral inhabitants of Chimney Rock.
