HIIT stands for High Intense Interval Training. Each class will consist of a demonstration, warm-up, and 10-12 stations where we will focus on a specific body group per station. We will rotate through 3 rounds with a short break between each round. When the work out is over we cool down and stretch.
All equipment will be provided. These HIITs will be outside, please plan accordingly and bring your own water.
Stories, movement, and songs for 2 to 4 year olds and their caregivers.

Repair Café Ignacio is an initiative that promotes repair as an alternative to tossing things out. Repair Cafés takes place at the Ignacio Community Library at 6pm on the first Thursday of each month. Residents of Ignacio can bring their broken items in to fix them on the spot. Volunteers are needed to help out and more information is at ignaciolibrary.org.

Former UN prosecutor Herb Bowman explores the tribunals for East Timor and Cambodia, focusing on their origins, mandates, structures, and outcomes. He discusses the prosecution of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. He critiques these “hybrid” courts, and, time permitting, the status of current UN-sponsored tribunals.
