KSUT News examines Ballot Initiative 4A to benefit 9R schools, public charter schools

Ballots have been mailed to Colorado voters and will be arriving in mailboxes soon. KSUT News will be reporting on the many initiatives found on this year's ballot. Today, reporter Sarah Flower speaks with representatives from Durango School District 9R about Ballot Initiative 4A.
