Election 2020 Voter Resources

In Colorado, ballots for the November 3, 2020 General Election will be mailed the week of October 9. Ballots should be returned by mail no later than October 26 or deposited into a 24-hour ballot drop box up until 7 pm on November 3.

For New Mexico, early voting begins October 6. The last day to mail an absentee ballot is October 20.

Voter Information

The League of Women Voters of La Plata County, a non-partisan organization, is available to assist La Plata County voters with voter registration, questions about ballot issues and ballot pick-up and delivery. The LWV member will offer the voter a link for them to track their ballots to verify they were received and counted. For assistance, contact lwvlaplata@gmail.com or call Karen at 301-706-6636.
