Tico Time Bluegrass Festival returns May 15–17th for 3 days of live music, nature, and adventure. The festival features nonstop bluegrass, riverside camping, and endless outdoor fun. Artists include: Old Crow Medicine Show, Yonder Mountain String Band, Keller Williams & The Keels, Poor Man's Whiskey, Big Richard, Pixie and the Partygrass Boys, and more. 3-day festival passes include 2 stages of live music, yoga classes, workshops, walk-in riverside tent camping, swimming ponds, paddleboards, rafts, giant waterslides, beach volleyball, a kids’ village, and a wide variety of family-friendly activities. Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
