Community Calendar

Friday afternoons are all about having fun building, playing, exploring, and creating together! 1st Friday of the month: STEM, 2nd & 4th Friday: LEGO, 3rd Friday: Art. If there's a 5th Friday, we'll let you know what it will be! Great for ages 5-12 and families!

NOTE: The library will be closed on November 28th.

The First Annual Rio Del Sol Kiwanis Fun Bunco Party takes place at the Farmington Elks Lodge at 5:30 on Friday, May 15th.
The event will include heavy hors d’oeuvres, and proceeds will go to help underprivileged children.

It’s like an escape room only you don’t escape, and we have drinks! Follow the clues and beat the clock to find the treasure. Most Fridays. Must register online in advance.

Tico Time Bluegrass Festival returns May 15–17th for 3 days of live music, nature, and adventure. The festival features nonstop bluegrass, riverside camping, and endless outdoor fun. Artists include: Old Crow Medicine Show, Yonder Mountain String Band, Keller Williams & The Keels, Poor Man's Whiskey, Big Richard, Pixie and the Partygrass Boys, and more. 3-day festival passes include 2 stages of live music, yoga classes, workshops, walk-in riverside tent camping, swimming ponds, paddleboards, rafts, giant waterslides, beach volleyball, a kids’ village, and a wide variety of family-friendly activities. Mancos Common Press will host a variety of hands-on printmaking classes from April through June. Scholarships are available. Details and registration are at mancoscommonpress.org.

Community Family Yoga

Equality Pagosa hosts a "Stand Up Saturday" event from noon until 2PM every week in the public parking lot next to the Ruby Sisson Library.

Everyone is invited to exercise their 1st Amendment rights at these gatherings.
