The public is invited to the annual Navajo-Churro Sheep Association annual meeting, taking place on Friday and Saturday (10/17 & 18) at McGee Park in Farmington.Events include a fleece & wool show, weaving, spinning and dyeing demos, refreshments and more.

Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Let's make music! Come and join us for an informal "jam session" of traditional and contemporary folk music. Bring your voice and/or an instrument (if you play one). Share the songs you know and learn new ones. Everyone is welcome even if you just want to listen, but be ready to have a good time! Led by local educator and folk musician Dennis Lum.

The Durango Arts Center presents the exhibit “Nature’s Tapestry in Plein Air” (Plein rhymes with ten) through October 25, 2025 in the Barbara Conrad Gallery. 44 works by local artists are on exhibit along with 10 entries from the Quick Draw competition. Most of the works are for sale. Gallery hours are Noon – 6:00 pm, Tuesday – Saturday. Information can be found at www.durangoarts.org
