Community Calendar

The Community Foundation for Southwest Colorado will host monthly meetings at noon at the First National Bank in Cortez. These 1-hour sessions are intended to get nonprofits together for networking, idea sharing, and providing helpful tools.

Attendees are invited to bring your own lunch. Beverages and dessert will be provided.

- October 9: Ballantine Grant Best Practices w/ Rachel Rosenthal.
- November 13: Using A-I to Build Capacity w/ Wilson Warmack, Software Entrepreneur

Each Thursday there will be a different experience to engage in after school. From sound bowls to crafts, teens can break up the Spring Fever with something new happening each Thursday in the teen area!

Join us in the community room for games (Xbox, Oculus, Roblox, etc), activities, music, and snacks! On the third Thursday of each month, watch for something special: possibly cooking, maybe international snacks - who knows?!

Crafting isn't just fun, it's fundamental for mental health, relaxation, and happiness! Come and explore our awesome craft supplies each month. Follow a suggested project or free play and create your own masterpiece! This space is reserved for adults (17+)

Join us for make and take projects! This program is geared toward a teen skill level but is open to all.

The Parent/Caregiver Workshop Series continues at 5:30 on Thursday, October 9th at the Team Up Office, at 1315 Main Avenue, Suite 121 in Durango. The topic will be "Finding Common Ground With Your Youth."
