Every other week, EsoTerra Ciderwork's new venue on the corner of College and Main Ave will host a Jazz/Funk/Soul Jam Session with a different musical theme. Seasoned local musicians will guide regional and visiting musicians (everyone's invited!) through a jam session to hone their talents, and to connect musicians to other musicians. Hosted indoors during the winter months, and on the patio during the warm months.

HIIT stands for High Intense Interval Training. Each class will consist of a demonstration, warm-up, and 10-12 stations where we will focus on a specific body group per station. We will rotate through 3 rounds with a short break between each round. When the work out is over we cool down and stretch.
All equipment will be provided. These HIITs will be outside, please plan accordingly and bring your own water.

You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! In this informal, free meetup we create awareness and harmony between the mind and body that allows us to remove stress and anxiety. We use our breath to move deeper into our body while warming, lengthening, and strengthening our muscles.
All you need is a yoga mat and a water bottle. Some yoga tools such as blocks, a blanket and a strap are encouraged.
