The Durango Adult Education Center's Fast and Curious Fun Run takes place at Santa Rita Park at 8AM on Saturday, August 16th. Registration is available at durangoadulted.org.

The proceeds go to help the Durango Adult Education Center provide GED, Citizenship and ESL programs for adult learners.

A Gymkhana for kids (up to age 18), and their horses takes place at the Durango Cowboy Church on Saturday, August 16th.
Riders will compete in a variety of timed events showcasing horsemanship and speed, including barrel races, pole bending and more. Registration closes at 9:45AM.
