We really like a good treasure hunt!
So naturally, we wanted to make one for you to come experience in our one-of-a-kind Subterrain space. Fans of escape rooms will love this…especially the fans who wish they could enjoy a libation - alcoholic or non - while hunting for clues and trying to beat the clock!

Stillwater Music celebrates 20 years! We’re throwing a party and you’re invited! Join us for live dancing & music by Seven Sharp 11. A Latin dance lesson will be provided by Suzy DiSanto at the beginning of the evening. Learn new moves, show yours off, and dance the night away!

Seven Sharp 11 is an advanced adult band at Stillwater Music under the direction of Jeroen van Tyn. Seven Sharp 11 focuses on a blend of contemporary and traditional jazz, funk, and Latin repertoire. The group's deep, dynamic grooves and tight horn arrangements deliver captivating performances that leave a lasting impression.

A fun and spooky belly dance show with performers from all over the four corners area. Doors open at 6:30

Join SJMA and the Durango Astronomical Society for our second year of summer star party series located at SJMA’s Durango Nature Center!

All are welcome, amateur astronomers and enthusiasts alike, for a family friendly event discussing and observing our night skies – the moon, planets, star clusters, galaxies, and nebulas. Just before sunset, an expert from the Durango Astronomical Society will lead discussions on what we will be seeing that evening, providing informative backstories and fascinating fun facts about the night sky we see everyday. Each summer month will have slightly different focuses depending on that month’s night sky. All discussions will end with open telescope viewings and Q&A sessions. Don’t miss out on these memorable experiences!

The public is invited to the annual Navajo-Churro Sheep Association annual meeting, taking place on Friday and Saturday (10/17 & 18) at McGee Park in Farmington.
Events include a fleece & wool show, weaving, spinning and dyeing demos, refreshments and more.

The Bayfield Farmers Market takes place on Saturdays from 8 until noon - and on Tuesdays from 4 to 7 - at 1328 County Road 501, through October 25th.

Free, family friendly event
Local produce, meats, eggs, baked goods, live music, playground, artisans, food trucks, honey.

The River Reach Foundation will host the second annual all-ages Fishing Derby on Saturday, October18th from 8 to11am at the Veterans’ Memorial Plaza in Farmington’s Berg Park. This is a free event, but a fishing license is required for all participants 12 and over.

New Mexico residents over 70 do not need a fishing license.

Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
