The public is invited to observe "Black Balloon Day" on Wednesday, March 6th... A day of remembrance for those who have lost their lives to substance use. The Durango event will take place from 5:30 to 7 at the Fort Lewis College Student Union Ballroom.
Featuring the "Stories over Stigma" presentation to share information about substance use disorder and hear a story from someone in recovery and someone who lost a loved one to substance use. The event will also have community resources available in support of mental wellness.
