Birth Partner Workshop
The Durango Public Library will host a Birth Partner Workshop at 1PM on Saturday, with local doula Abbie Downing.
This is a free event, but registration is required.
This 75 minute workshop for expecting couples will cover all the ways to move and physically engage with your partner during labor to ease pain, increase oxytocin hormone, and feel in control of the process.
Note: Please register only one person per pair.
