Report: Red Cross Warned Army of Abuse Last Fall

Last November, the Red Cross handed high-level U.S. military officials in Iraq a harshly worded report describing abuses at Abu Ghraib, The Wall Street Journal reports. Sources tell the paper that military officials were skeptical of the report and seemed more concerned with restricting Red Cross access to the prison.
