Mysteries of Chimney Rock Tour provides an in-depth discussion along the Great House Trail about the connection of Chimney Rock to the greater Chacon culture, the significance of the mesa-top Great House, and the day-to-day lives of the ancestral inhabitants of Chimney Rock.

Now in its 4th year, "Nashville Songs and Stories - Writers in the Round" brings award-winning songwriters to the stage to reveal the stories behind their hit songs, then perform them as originally written. The artists change every year, and are writers for artists such as Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw, Aerosmith, LOCASH, Rascal Flatts and others.
All proceeds benefit La Plata County Search and Rescue.
The Durango Arts Repertory Theatre presents The Spitfire Grill, Fridays - Sundays at the Durango Arts Center, through August 31, 2025 with a special "pay what you can" performance on Monday, August 25.
The Spitfire Grill, is set in a small-town rural café, about a prison parolee seeking a new life. Show times are 7:30 p.m. and 2:00 pm for the Sunday Matinees
All performances are $25, and $15 for students.The play has mature subject matter

NOTE: Open to all but younger children will need assistance with the projects. This is a drop-in event and participants may come and go as they please - no registration required. Interested teens are also welcome to come.
