Join us for a relaxed and reflective evening centered around The Book of Shadow Work: Unlock the True You by Keila Shaheen.
This isn't your typical book club, it's a warm, welcoming space for thoughtful conversation, emotional honesty, and meaningful connection with others on the path of self-discovery.
We’ll explore the hidden parts of ourselves we’ve learned to push away, our emotions, patterns, and traits, and begin to see them not as flaws, but as sources of strength.
Expect grounded conversation, practical insights, and a chance to show up just as you are.
🕯️ You don’t need to be an expert, a perfect meditator, or even have finished the book. You just need to be curious.
💬 We’ll talk about things like:- How to work with emotions like anger or fear- What “shadow work” really means (and why it matters)- How to begin showing up as your whole self, in life, love, and leadership🥂 Light snacks and drinks will be provided.
