The "Battle of the Bands" fundraiser for Stillwater Music takes place at Miller Middle School on Friday, April 10th, featuring 11 local youth groups. Doors open at 6:30. Details are at stillwatermusic.org.
Bands are competing for three prizes - “Local Love” for raising the most funds, “Fan Favorite” for winning over the crowd, and “Stage Stars” for most creative costumes and stage presence!
It’s like an escape room only you don’t escape, and we have drinks! Follow the clues and beat the clock to find the treasure. Most Fridays. Must register online in advance.

The San Juan College School of business and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program will provide free income tax preparation to the community Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, through April 13th. The Jicarilla Mustang Heritage Alliance will host a Tack Sale & Fundraiser from 9 until 3 on Saturday, April 11th at 595 South Bloomfield Boulevard. Proceeds go to their work with Wild horses, doing fertility control and rehoming mustangs.
Items include Western and English, Saddles, blankets, fly sheets, fly masks, halters, and much more.

Maria’s Literary Foundation's Second Annual Read-a-Thon Fundraiser takes place from April 10th through 20th. Details and sign up are available at mariasbookshop.com.
During the Read-a-Thon, volunteer readers sit and read in the front window of Maria’s Bookshop to raise money for the Literary Foundation’s Reading Room.

The 2026 Gourd Dance & Intertribal Powwow takes place from 10AM until 10PM on Saturday, April 11th at the Health and Human Performance Center at San Juan College in Farmington.More information is at sajuancollege.edu.
