The Southwest Colorado eSchool your free, LOCAL, accredited, rigorous, and flexible 6th-12th grade ONLINE school! We serve only the LOCAL districts including Dove Creek, Montezuma-Cortez, Mancos, Dolores, Durango, Silverton, Bayfield, Ignacio, and Archuleta. Our virtual, public school has been serving our community for over 14 years.

HIIT stands for High Intense Interval Training. Each class will consist of a demonstration, warm-up, and 10-12 stations where we will focus on a specific body group per station. We will rotate through 3 rounds with a short break between each round. When the work out is over we cool down and stretch.

All equipment will be provided. These HIITs will be outside, please plan accordingly and bring your own water.

Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. The CARE Program is a FREE income-qualified energy efficiency program for homeowners and renters in Archuleta and La Plata Counties. Participants receive a free energy audit for their home and free efficiency upgrades such as insulation, air sealing measures and efficient lighting. Art classes for adults and youth continue at the Durango Arts Center in comic book creation, stained glass, adult portrait painting, figure drawing, pottery and more. Details and registration are at durangoarts.org.

Drop in to connect with other families/caregivers and foster a playful environment for preschool aged kids.

Coffee, tea, healthy snacks and a play space are provided.

The Great House Tour goes to the top of the mesa ridge for a 360-degree panoramic view of the landscape and a close-up of the two pinnacles with stops along the way to learn about the ancient Puebloan structures.

Classes are open to anyone seeking to address their addictive habits or explore a sober-curious lifestyle, whether you are relatively new to the paths of yoga and recovery, or have extensive experience in both.
