OPEN MIC @ ANIMAS CITY THEATRE! Every Thursday 6:00 - 9:00 PM. Sign up starts @ 5:30 PM. Music and Comedy! FREE, No Cover. 21+ Professional sound, and backline drum kit, bass amp and guitar amp available. Bands are welcomed and encouraged. Collaboration and supportive artistic environment. Hosted by Ryan & Galen.

HIIT stands for High Intense Interval Training. Each class will consist of a demonstration, warm-up, and 10-12 stations where we will focus on a specific body group per station. We will rotate through 3 rounds with a short break between each round. When the work out is over we cool down and stretch.

All equipment will be provided. These HIITs will be outside, please plan accordingly and bring your own water.

Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! The public may honor the lives of military veterans at Durango's Greenmount Cemetery by purchasing a wreath at bluestarmomsofdurango.org. The deadline to purchase a wreath is Friday, November 28, for placement in December.
