The CARE Program is a FREE income-qualified energy efficiency program for homeowners and renters in Archuleta and La Plata Counties. Participants receive a free energy audit for their home and free efficiency upgrades such as insulation, air sealing measures and efficient lighting. The Senior Center is located at 111 W South St, Bayfield, CO 81122.
