The Ignacio Community Church's Clothing Closet will provide free clothing, jackets and shoes to the needy every Tuesday and Friday from 10 until 2 at the ELHI Community Center.

The monthly event has been a consistent gathering in Durango for over ten years. This year’s calendar of hosts includes nearly 30 local sustainability-related organizations and three organizations hosting each month.
The event takes place from 5-7PM at 11th Street Station on the last Thursday of each month from February to October.
February’s event will be on Thursday, February 27th with Great Old Broads for Wilderness, Turtle Lake Refuge, and the La Plata County Regional Housing Authority hosting.

Pine River Senior Center

The Pine River Library visits the Pine River Senior Center on the fourth Friday of every month. Enjoy books and DVDs available for check out, delivered to you with an extended loan period (4 weeks, rather than the standard 1-3 weeks) each month.

The Senior Center is located at 111 W South St, Bayfield, CO 81122.

The CARE Program is a FREE income-qualified energy efficiency program for homeowners and renters in Archuleta and La Plata Counties. Participants receive a free energy audit for their home and free efficiency upgrades such as insulation, air sealing measures and efficient lighting.
