Drop in to connect with other families/caregivers and foster a playful environment for preschool aged kids.
Coffee, tea, healthy snacks and a play space are provided.
All kids can pick up a free snack pack in the library. This program is sponsored by local churches, the Town of Bayfield, Pine River Shares, and the Friends of the Library. It is hosted by Bayfield students!

Tuesday’s program is for grades K-2 and Wednesday’s program is for grades 3-5.
Please arrange transport with the School District if you would like your child to ride the bus to the library after school. Parents or guardians of children below 6th grade must register their children in order for them to attend after school programs. Drop-in chess games in a friendly environment. Meet fellow enthusiasts, improve your game, and enjoy friendly competition at the library. For ages 9+. All skill levels are welcome.
The CSU Extension "Health Without Barriers" Program starts on Tuesday, January 7th, and is a whole family wellness program, continuing twice a week for 6 weeks at La Plata County Fairgrounds. Childcare and dinner are provided at each session. More information is at 970-657-0141.
