As a FREE community outreach program in 2023, experts at The Wells Group Real Estate Brokerage, HomesFund and local lenders are offering several 1-hour workshops called Path to Homeownership to educate Buyers about mortgage loans and down payment assistance programs geared toward helping LOCALS purchase a home.
