Our Power, Our Future: What Does Energy Independence and Clean Energy Mean for SW Colorado?

Our Power, Our Future: What Does Energy Independence and Clean Energy Mean for SW Colorado?

The community conversation "Our Power, Our Future: What Does Energy Independence and Clean Energy Mean for SW Colorado?" takes place at the Powerhouse in Durango from 5:30 to 7PM on Tuesday, April 7th.
Panelists include leaders with firsthand experience navigating energy transitions at every level and the event will be moderated by Elizabeth Philbrick. A Question & Answer session will follow.

Energy is changing. Join us for an open, community-driven conversation about what the evolving energy landscape means for our region: the opportunities it brings, the real barriers we face, and how local voices can help shape what comes next.

This isn't a lecture — it's a conversation. After introductions from panelists, the majority of the evening is yours. Bring your questions, your skepticism, and your curiosity.

Panelists:
Will Toor, Executive Director of the Colorado Energy Office
Dan Harms, Chief Strategy Officer, La Plata Electric Association
Joe Theine, Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Health System
