The Animas Valley Grange will host a presentation on “Fermentation” by Nicole Clark on Monday, July 17th, at 6:30 pm. The event will begin with refreshments at 6:15. More information is on their facebook page.

Nicole is the Family and Consumer Science Educator for Colorado State University. Nicole will share some of the basics of fermentation. This relatively simple culinary addition will add flavor to your plate and health to your digestion.
