The San Juan County Historical Society will host Michael Kilgore, author of "Drive-Ins of New Mexico" at 6PM on Wednesday, August 14th at the Farmington Civic Center.

Michael Kilgore is the West's premiere drive-in theater historian, recognized by the Library of Congress for his work. He is the webmaster of Carload.com, a drive-in information source since 1998. San Juan County Historical Society NM past President and author-historian Zang Wood's Sodas & Shows, is featured in Kilgore's book. Both Kilgore and Wood's books will be available for purchase. Amy's Bookcase with SJCHS will host an author book signing following the presentation.
