CSU Extension: Health Without Barriers / Salud sin Barreras - Free Family Wellness Program

Health Without Barriers is a FREE 6-week family wellness program for families with teens ages 11 to 19. This program meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5:30-7:45 PM, from September 9th through October 15th, at the Pine River Senior Center in Bayfield.

Program components include:
Interactive health and wellness education for families
Hands-on cooking and nutrition classes (groceries provided to take home!)
Physical activity sessions for teens and siblings
Stress management and mindfulness training
Family support education for parents

The ENTIRE family is welcome - siblings of all ages can participate, and dinner is provided at every session. This is a collaborative program between Colorado State University Extension and CSU's Department of Human Development and Family Studies.
