Breastfeeding and Parenting Support Class: Nurturing Mothers Naturally
Shining Mountain Health and Wellness in Ignacio hosts Rebekah Roanhorse, Dine' Herbalist and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner on Thursday, February 12th from 12 to 1pm at the Southern Ute Cultural Center and Museum, with the subject "Nursing Mothers Naturally." Lunch will be provided.
Come and learn about herbal remedies during the breastfeeding and postpartum period and get a hands-on experience with herbs. All are welcome and lunch will be provided.
