Kohl Investigation

NPR's Guy Raz reports from Berlin that German prosecutors will end a year-long criminal investigation into former Chancellor Helmut Kohl's role in illegal fundraising. Kohl agreed to pay a $140,000 fine so that the charges would be dropped.
