HIIT stands for High Intense Interval Training. Each class will consist of a demonstration, warm-up, and 10-12 stations where we will focus on a specific body group per station. We will rotate through 3 rounds with a short break between each round. When the work out is over we cool down and stretch.
All equipment will be provided. These HIITs will be outside, please plan accordingly and bring your own water.

Tuesday’s program is for grades K-2 and Wednesday’s program is for grades 3-5.
Please arrange transport with the School District if you would like your child to ride the bus to the library after school. Parents or guardians of children below 6th grade must register their children in order for them to attend after school programs. Hang out in the teen area for cards, tabletop games, and more! Ease into the after school time at the library with space to play, read, work on homework, and chill. You choose what works for you!

In this informal, free meetup we create awareness and harmony between the mind and body that allows us to remove stress and anxiety. We use our breath to move deeper into our body while warming, lengthening, and strengthening our muscles.
All you need is a yoga mat and a water bottle. Some yoga tools such as blocks, a blanket and a strap are encouraged.
Each Thursday there will be a different experience to engage in after school. From sound bowls to crafts, teens can break up the Spring Fever with something new happening each Thursday in the teen area!
The monthly event has been a consistent gathering in Durango for over ten years. This year’s calendar of hosts includes nearly 30 local sustainability-related organizations and three organizations hosting each month.The event takes place from 5-7PM at 11th Street Station on the last Thursday of each month from February to October. February’s event will be on Thursday, February 27th with Great Old Broads for Wilderness, Turtle Lake Refuge, and the La Plata County Regional Housing Authority hosting.
Handcrafted trivia? That's right! Each round, each game is crafted for our audience each month with special attention paid to questions that reference our region. Robert is one of the funniest men on earth, so let's let him entertain us the Fourth Thursday of each month!!! Prizes, you ask: Naturally!

The Pine River Library visits the Pine River Senior Center on the fourth Friday of every month. Enjoy books and DVDs available for check out, delivered to you with an extended loan period (4 weeks, rather than the standard 1-3 weeks) each month.
