Spanish Conversation Hour at Sunnyside Library. A casual gathering to develop Spanish conversational skills. All levels of ability are welcome.

Free music every Thursday at Uncle’s Bar and Social Club. Pagosa’s newest bar and best local gathering place. House band Connie the Soldier and musicians welcome for an open jam. Folk, Americana, and Celtic music.

Hosted by comic Joe Shrock, a curated monthly open mic specifically for up and coming comedians. Come to participate, or have a cocktail and watch! Comedians strongly encouraged to sign up in advance at signup.joeshrock.com

The San Juan College School of business and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program will provide free income tax preparation to the community Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, through April 13th. More information and appointments are available at 505-566-3314 and at 970-553-9150.

The Ignacio Community Church's Clothing Closet will provide free clothing, jackets and shoes to the needy every Tuesday and Friday from 10 until 2 at the ELHI Community Center.

The Friends of the Durango Public Library's Spring Book Sale takes place Friday & Saturday, March 13th & 14th from 10 until 4. Early entry for members is at 9:30 and memberships will be available at the door.

Featuring thousands of books. Books are only $1 and paperbacks are 2 for $1.

This is a continuation of our Spring 2025 D&D group. New members are welcome, and no experience is necessary, but know that you need to set up a character before you can join the campaign. Please reach out at kelly@prlibrary.org to schedule a time for that!

Baby Time is tailored for babies from birth-12 months together with their favorite adult!

Enjoy 15-20 minutes of early literacy activities followed by a playgroup. We sing songs, bounce to action rhymes, and share stories, providing a rich environment for babies to hear language and interact with others.

The Durango Bach Festival takes place from Monday, March
9th through Friday, March 13th at St. Mark's Episcopal Church. Daily passes as well as festival passes are available at sanjuansymphony.org.
Passes will also be available at the door.
Events include daily “Bach’s Lunch” concerts at noon and the Festival Finale performance on Saturday evening.

Mostly Mozart 2026
Lunch is catered after each concert by Manna.
