Join us for a free community event where you can immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Sound bowl therapy, also known as a sound bath, uses harmonic vibrations to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. Participants often report improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a profound sense of peace. ​

Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Drop in to connect with other families/caregivers and foster a playful environment for preschool aged kids.

Coffee, tea, healthy snacks and a play space are provided.

Baby Time is tailored for babies from birth-12 months together with their favorite adult! Enjoy 15-20 minutes of early literacy activities followed by a playgroup. We sing songs, bounce to action rhymes, and share stories, providing a rich environment for babies to hear language and interact with others.

The Alpine Bank Youth Photography Showcase is open to all middle and high school students in La Plata County, offering a chance to exhibit their talent in a professional setting. Details are at at PhotoShowdown.org.

Each chosen student will receive two complimentary tickets to attend the main event on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Fort Lewis College.
